TRAINING DISCLAIMER

No Hassle Dog Training Inc. and its trainers are committed to providing you with the best possible dog training experience using only positive and force-free training methods. Please note that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a function of the interest, commitment, consistency, and cooperation of the owner. There is no guarantee that your dog will achieve the desired level of training despite the best efforts of the instructor.

I understand that No Hassle Dog Training Inc. has the right to refuse me and/or my dog at any time for any reason including but not limited to behaviour, health, or other considerations. For in-person training sessions, I understand that attendance at a dog training session or group class is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may be present, or to my dog. This is because sometimes dog behaviour can be unpredictable, and dogs can cause injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I agree to be entirely honest with my No Hassle Dog Training Inc. trainer concerning any aggression issues that my dog has towards people, other dogs, or other animals regardless of the cause of this aggression.

Code of Practice

No Hassle Dog Training Inc. works in the best interests of the dog and their owners, and we hold animal welfare and safeguarding at the forefront of our practice and the methods that we use to instruct our students.

No Hassle Dog Training Inc. solely works using positive training techniques, focused on building a good working relationship between dog and owner. We will not work with clients who seek to use aversive techniques in their dog training including but not limited to the use of shock collars, choke collars, prong collars, choke or slip leads, physical punishment of any kind, anti-bark devices, fear, or intimidation. Should owners wish to use such methods in their training or advocate for the use of these in our members community they will be removed from the community with immediate effect.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be offered for digital downloads, monthly subscriptions, private in-person services, or online courses.

For in-person semi-private classes a $50+HST non-refundable fee is required to reserve your spot in class.

Payment Plans + Subscriptions

Payment plans are offered on some programs as a way for you to spread the cost to make joining more affordable for you. They are not a “try before you buy” and it is not possible to cancel a payment plan. All payment plans must be completed even if you do not complete the program.

If you do not make your agreed upon payments at the time they are due you will lose immediate access to that particular course, service, or membership.

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of service and every 30 days after, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time – you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the 30 days. Your subscription price will not change, even if the price goes up, for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you cancel, you can rejoin at any time at the current listed price.

Photos and Videos

We may take photos or videos of dogs during training sessions for training notes, client education, progress tracking, or service delivery.

Best efforts are made not to feature clients personally in photos or videos. In many cases, photos or videos may show only the dog, leash handling, legs, hands, or training setup.

Photos or videos may be used for marketing, testimonials, social media, website content, or promotional purposes.

Distribution and Sharing of No Hassle Dog Training Inc. Training Resources

No Hassle Dog Training Inc. training resources (digital video, audio, text and PDF resources) are for our paid customers only and protected by copyright. It is not permitted to share or distribute paid content outside of the program you are in. Doing so will result in your being removed from said paid program with no refund. It is permitted to share non-paid content that we make available to the general public via our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) and our front facing website (www.nohassledogtraining.ca)

No Hassle Dog Training Inc. has made every effort to accurately represent the Program and packages and their potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Everyone’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. No Hassle Dog Training Inc. cannot guarantee the outcome of business coaching services and No Hassle Dog Training Inc.’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. No Hassle Dog Training Inc. makes no guarantees other than that the services described in Details of Programme Section of your contract. Client acknowledges that No Hassle Dog Training Inc. cannot guarantee any particular results, as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by No Hassle Dog Training Inc..
